Regular Onsite Scheduled Visits

With this add-on to our Basic Support Package, we agree a schedule with you throughout the Support Agreement period for regular onsite visits from an engineer.

This offers many benefits, including the following:

  • Onsite check of your servers and equipment – Surveying your equipment onsite often allows us to spot potential issues we wouldn’t see remotely.
  • We keep up to date with your IT situation – Having a clear visual idea of how your IT equipment looks often makes remote support much easier.
  • Workstation maintenance – Maintaining and updating workstations remotely can be disruptive and difficult. Doing this work onsite is much easier for all involved. We recommend having all your workstations checked during onsite maintenance visits.
  • Resolving smaller issues that haven’t been reported by phone – Sometimes an issue doesn’t get reported over the phone if it is only minor or if nobody gets time to report it. Having an engineer onsite makes it much quicker and easier to report and resolve smaller problems.
  • Putting a face to a name – It allows you and your employees to get to know our engineers face to face. Knowing who you are talking to on the phone can make IT support calls less frustrating. We help you get the most of your onsite visits by preparing a schedule for the engineer to follow and providing you with ideas for recording a list of issues for our engineer to look at.
